This form is to share with us your class roster so that your students can visit the museum to work on a class assignment. Submit this request at least 1 week prior to your earliest requested start date. Once we have received this submission, you will only be contacted if there are questions about your request. Please have your students check in at the front desk to get free admission. Your students must tour the galleries in the museum individually. Thank you!

MUSEUM GUIDELINES

• All purses and bags over 16 inches must be checked in a free locker.
• Pens and markers are not allowed in the galleries.
• Do not touch or lean on artwork, cases, pedestals, and walls.
• Stay at least one foot away from all objects.
• Food, drinks, and chewing gum are not allowed in the galleries.
• Visitors cannot use cell phones or cameras in the galleries.
• Individuals who do not follow these guidelines or who create a disturbance will be kindly asked to leave.
