By providing the information below, you are expediting the reservation process. Upon receiving your Tour Request Form, a representative from the Shangri La Reservation Office will contact you regarding the availability of the desired dates and times. At that time, you will be required to purchase the tickets by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. All tickets must be paid in advance and all sales are final. Until you have purchased your tickets, you do not have a confirmed reservation.

Tours are scheduled Wednesday through Saturdays at 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM.

Shangri La is closed to the public on New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, Kama'aina Christmas (December 8, 2012) and Christmas Day.

There will also be no tours between August 15-18.

Also, Shangri La is closed throughout the month of September every year for conservation purposes. In 2012, the last day for tours is Friday, August 31. Tours resume on Wednesday, October 3.
