Do you teach at the Honolulu Museum of Art School? THIS FORM IS FOR HMA (Honolulu Museum of Art) SCHOOL INSTRUCTORS ONLY. ALL NON-HMA SCHOOL TEACHERS SHOULD FILL OUT THE GUIDED SCHOOL TOUR REQUEST FORM. For HMA instructors, lease fill out the form below and submit it 2 weeks before the earliest date you are requesting for your tour. We also ask that you provide us with 3 possible dates so that we may better accommodate your request. Thank you.
